Oh BiBi is looking for an experienced GameDesigner to work on its current and upcoming games.
Missions
Design gameplay mechanics & systems, proactively anticipate issues and propose solutions
Design, implement and balance game content
Iterate & adjust gameplay experiences
Produce and maintain detailed game design documentation for the team and internal / external stakeholders
Collaborate with programmers, artists, and other members of the design team
Work with producers to determine production scope priorities and eventual adjustments
Gather feedback and champion playtests on games and features to ensure audience-fit and strong quality
Continuously play and analyse the gaming market to catch trends and opportunities early
