Mission We are looking for a brilliant engineer to build Comand AI's next generation solution for commanding defence operations.

Your core missions will be:
Design and build AI systems using state-of-the art algorithms to solve real world problems in defence Explore and implement the latest research to keep Comand AI at the cutting edge of AI for defence Try more ideas than you can imagine and never let our GPUs sleep Collaborate with product, design and data teams to identify the most impactful AI opportunities About You You are an expert in deep learning with Python with a focus on NLP You are pragmatic with a hacker mindset - You know that in deep learning, speed of iteration trumps theoretical soundness You are a team player, technically brilliant with a strong desire to improve You want to join a tightly knit team to step change defence, starting from bold ideas Requirements Strong experience in the use of LLMs in concrete projects, such as chatbots or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems Experience with advanced prompting techniques (Prompt Chaining, Tree of Thoughts, Automatic Prompt Engineering, Active-prompt, ..

) Experience with fine-tuning and adapting existing LLMs to meet specific needs in terms of reasoning capability or domain knowledge Proven ability to frame and coordinate projects, with previous experience in project management in data science projects Experience in deploying ML models in production, particularly LLMs, with an understanding of the challenges related to production deployment Excellent engineering skills:
