Manage the brand portfolio by maximizing sales, while ensuring profitability and good inventory management with the right mix of brands and products.

Develop flagship brands and ensure their successful expression on and off:
line through only at Sephora concepts and plans.

Analyze the market, track trends, and set Sephoras priorities to drive customers to the brand and create differentiation.

Seek out new brands to nurture Sephoras image as a care destination
:
Be responsible for effectively communicating the strategy to the 18 markets, have the ability to convince and simplify, as well as monitor the successful execution of the brand portfolio.

To be the driving force behind new concepts to enhance the offer and optimize all business levers (favorites, Minis and More, services, etc.).

4 to 7 years of experience in retail or digital marketing and knows the worlds of skincare and haircare well
:
University / business school education.

International profile (fluent English required).

oriented and able to manage several subjects at once, analytical and comfortable with numbers, good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
