Are you passionate about driving transformation and leading change on a global scale?
We’re looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager to guide a major international ERP rollout and help shape the future of finance and technology.
What You’ll Do
? Prepare, support, and guide stakeholders through every stage of transformation
? Design and deploy a global change toolkit across multiple geographies
? Build executive sponsorship and foster change readiness
? Coordinate change activities across countries and business functions
? Monitor, measure, and report on the change journey
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
? Expertise in change management and global IT solution deployment
? Strong management experience
? Excellent communication skills in French & English
Nice-to-Have:
? Finance/Controlling process knowledge
? Experience with large, complex, multi-country ERP rollouts
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have
- A background in management consulting, business transformation, or consulting leadership
- Hands-on experience delivering change projects across multiple countries
- Skills in impact assessment, stakeholder management, and change strategy design
- Strong analytical mindset, flexibility, and initiative
