Regulatory Compliance Manager > Paris > Joboolo FR :

Our client is looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Lead to support a major onshore project.


In this key role, you will drive regulatory compliance strategy, ensure seamless coordination between international operational centers, and interface with authorities, third parties, suppliers, and internal disciplines.

Requirement:

• Implement and maintain project regulatory compliance procedures


• Coordinate workflows between Paris and Houston centers


• Support teams on local & national regulatory requirements


• Lead permitting, FERC conditions tracking, and compliance reporting


• Ensure subcontractor & supplier adherence to all compliance obligations

Experience:

• Engineering degree (or equivalent)


• 10+ years’ experience on onshore Oil & Gas projects


• Strong EPC project execution background


• Experience with North American regulatory frameworks (Louisiana is a plus)


• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
