GETTING A FLYING START As the BG InternalCommunicationManager, you will play a crucial role in promoting Nexans' strategy and disruptive convictions within the Business Group.
You will build and implement internalcommunication plans, ensuring that key messages related to our business, organization, transformation, and culture are effectively shared and understood across all levels.
This role involves close cooperation with the Corporate communication team and coordination with correspondents at BU and site levels.
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT Develop and execute internalcommunication plans that align with the Group's global strategy.
Create engaging content tailored to diverse internal audiences, promoting a business-oriented, innovative, and environment-driven culture.
Act as the key contact for internalcommunication activities, advising leaders and managers on improving information flow and engagement levels.
Manage a network of communication correspondents to relay key messages and develop employee advocacy.
Ensure adherence to Group guidelines and graphic standards, while continuously innovating in content creation and storytelling.
YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN Graduate degree in Business, Audiovisual, or Communication.
More than 5 years of experience in a communication position, ideally within an international company.
Fluent in English and Spanish; French proficiency is appreciated.
Strong communicator with excellent oral and written skills, and a logical, structured, and mature style.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
High interest in CSR commitments and ability to promote them within the company.
