Operational Marketing Manager (M/F/X)

As part of the Omnichannel Operational Marketing team, the role of the Operational Marketing Manager EME is key to the implementation of Sephoras institutional activations and projects.

He/she develops retail and digital marketing projects considering all touchpoints to create enchanting for client and business successful campaigns.



You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :




Category strategy


:


Contribute to building the marketing strategy for the category in collaboration with the Offer team and digital marketing experts (CRM, social media, brand marketing, media, etc.) and retail.

Lead major merchandising changes for the category with the visual merchandising team.

Grow the category in Europe.


Institutional animation development:

Contribute to the creation of omnichannel animation concepts and m

anage

Prepare agency briefs

Engage 360 teams
(studio, digital, social media, CRM, Offer, merchandising, training, ..

) to deploy strong and innovative activation schemes

Coordinate tests, order tracking, and production

Prepare meetings with up:

date and precise presentation materials, draft meeting summaries, etc.

Develop studio briefs (retail + digital)

Lead and coordinate the construction of animation product assortment with the category managers

Analyze the deployment and results of activations and lead the creation of these 360 reports to then propose recommendations.

Monitor market practices and innovations to constantly improve our animations.
Institutional Projects



:


Define the marketing strategy for the category outside of peak commercial periods
:


Lead and design the activation plan for institutional messaging of the brand in retail and digital channels.


:


Analyze the deployment and results of activations and lead the creation of a comprehensive report to propose recommendations.



Country support:




:



Be the key contact for countries in the deployment of animations and in the region.
:



Ensure constant exchanges to help them and take their feedback on the implementation of animations.

Supervise local implementations.

Higher education in business or marketing
:


At least 5 years' experience in operational marketing / retail marketing / category management
:


Good command of English (written and oral)
:


Rigor, organization, proactivity, good interpersonal skills, and an analytical mind will help you to carry out all your missions successfully

Curiosity, willingness, and team spirit are an integral part of your values

Experience in retail is requested.

An experience in the beauty industry would be a plus.
