Key Responsibilities
Implement regional/national sales strategies and plans to achieve regional/national sales targets.
Conduct regular customer visits and communication, build a strong agent system, assist clients in expanding local distribution networks, and strengthen customer relationships.
Responsible for product and market promotion in the region, lead regional/national participation in international exhibitions.
Monitor significant changes in the regional market, formulate and implement corresponding strategies in a timely manner.
Execute plans for new product and new market development to increase product market coverage.
Collect feedback on company products, market information, and customer needs in the region/country, and provide regular reports.
Assist in the establishment of local branches and the recruitment and management of local teams.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
English and French can be as working language, open to long-term expatriation.
Familiar with overseas channel business models and operations, preferably in consumer electronics, smart hardware, or related industries.
Minimum 2 years of experience in channel analysis, channel expansion and management, or Go-to-Market (GTM) experience in the French market.
Diligent, responsible, strong coordination and communication skills, adaptable, and open-minded.
Strong business communication skills with primary agents, responsible for sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out performance.
