GLOBAL BRAND MARKETING SENIOR MANAGER (M/F/X)

Within our Sephora Global Marketing team, the Brand Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for spearheading the development of strategic partnerships with key beauty brands, orchestrating innovative marketing programs and campaigns in collaboration with merchants and regional marketing teams.

This role will be pivotal in implementing new ways of working internally to drive brand visibility worldwide while helping brands to drive scale faster and better.

By leading cross:

functional teams in different regions, setting up a new organization and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, the job holder will play a central role in shaping the global brand marketing strategy of Sephora, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and achieving measurable results in brand growth and market presence.

Identify and cultivate relationships with key beauty brands to establish strategic partnerships.

Collaborate with cross:

functional and international teams to develop tailored partnership proposals.
:



Apply a structured methodology and bring best practices to the marketing global organization.
:



Coordinate with the marketing regional teams to integrate partnership activities into their calendar.
:



Develop engaging event experiences to showcase brand partnerships and innovation programs during Sephoria Global Beauty Events.
:



Analyze, measure and report on the success of such partnerships with brands and management.

A bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is necessary.
:



At least 7 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, preferably in the beauty industry or related consumer goods sector.
:



Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic brand partnerships and marketing campaigns.
:



Proven track record of driving measurable results in brand growth, market share, and customer engagement.
:



Enabled the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
:



Experience in managing cross:

functional teams and collaborating with external partners and agencies.
:



Experience working with global brands and managing international marketing initiatives.
:



Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms for performance tracking and reporting.
