Role summary Reporting to the Downstream Supply Chain Planning Director, the Project Manager supports the transformation of the department thru the coordination and implementation of key-projects for the Group.

This program aims to gain agility in Supply Chain planning & operations and comes with a scope of long-term and in-depth changes of processes.

As Supply Chain Project manager, you are responsible for the coordination of projects securing:

Business needs definition; Adequacy of solutions & tools with business needs and IT architecture; Observation of deadlines and monitoring of the planning; Go-live without backsliding for users; Change management, including in depth training.

You will be working very closely with Supply Chain internal departments as well as key stakeholders from other departments such as IT, Merchandising, Production, Regions, and Finance.

Missions Coordinate & animate the Supply Chain planning transformation roadmap â?¢ Ensure the adherence to the roadmap and monitor the supply chain planning projects inter-dependencies with the Group's global roadmap.

â?¢ Identify & coordinate the key contributors all along the projects.

â?¢ Build the right governance to maintain a good level of involvement from the stakeholders and secure projects progress.

â?¢ Create appropriate change management strategies to ensure the adherence of the teams impacted by new processes & initiatives.

Lead projects, in collaboration with Business & IT teams â?¢ Build with business needs framing thru detailed specifications and ensure full alignment with business partners.

â?¢ Monitor planning, priorities, and backlog following an agile methodology through PI & sprints.

â?¢ Secure planning deliverables (availability of resources with back-up, anticipation of budget, etc.).

â?¢ Animate the project management through regular steering committees, operational committees, 1to1, regular newsletters on projects achievement status.

â?¢ Monitor a risk matrix, inform / alert the management on the risks (delays, overbudget, lack of resources, partial functional scope coverage), share recommendations for arbitration, and propose action plans.

â?¢ Monitor results through the implementation of reporting.

Build or adapt solutions to support business needs and supply chain transformation:

oversee the functional definition of the solution, in line with the Business Owners, follow the development with IT, prepare and organize user tests, build the user documentation, train key-users, and deploy solutions.

â?¢ Ensure cross-departments and cross-regions alignment on solutions definition in full transparency and raise flags when gaps are not covered.

â?¢ Ensure processes & tools effectiveness in order to maximize user experience:

all business needs are covered by the solution and are scalable in line with global Group roadmap / vision.

â?¢ Implement a training program to secure end-users knowledge & adoption.

Optimize Supply Chain planning processes for continual improvements regarding costs/carbon/stocks/delays savings while maintaining a high service level & client satisfaction rate Challenge in a constructive approach the Downstream Supply Chain planning processes and performance and propose recommendations / action plan when necessary.

Develop and maintain regular relationships with external partners to ensure knowledge and feed benchmarking regarding market solutions & practices.

Profile Experience â?¢ Experience in Supply Chain Planning preferably in fashion or luxury industry â?¢ Project management experience â?¢ Bac5 Engineering or Commercial Master's Degree with an emphasis on Operations or Supply Chain Management Technical Skills â?¢ Great capacity for data analysis â?¢ Good knowledge of ERP ideally M3 & Anaplan â?¢ English fluent Personal Skills â?¢ Capacity to interact and work with many different stakeholders (business, IT, regions) in an international ecosystem â?¢ Ability to adapt quickly, manage crisis; resilience â?¢ Skills in change management â?¢ Understanding of IT ecosystem â?¢ Business first mentality â?¢ Ability to simplify complex things Our business and our Values:
