Mission:
To provide dedicated support in the development, evaluation, and daily operational management of the dealer network, ensuring data-driven insights and the effective implementation of brand standards and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Market & Data Analysis:
Support strategy by collecting and analyzing data on competitor activities, local market trends, and dealer sales performance.
Dealer Support & Evaluation:
Assist in the evaluation of dealer business plans, sales processes, and organizational structures.
Help monitor dealer operational performance against targets.
Standards Compliance:
Support the Manager in auditing and ensuring dealer compliance with Corporate Identity and operational guidelines.
Reporting & Administration:
Prepare regular reports on dealer performance, incentive program tracking, and network health metrics.
Maintain accurate dealer records and documentation.
Program Implementation:
Assist in the rollout and communication of dealer incentive policies, training programs, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Relationship Support:
Act as a supportive point of contact for dealers on operational queries, facilitating communication between the dealer and the head office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in an automotive commercial role, dealership, or related field.
Experience in data analysis is a strong plus.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple support tasks.
