You will integrate the Catalog and eStore Optimization team within the Digital Europe Middle East department as a CatalogSpecialist
Reporting to the E:
commerce Catalog Manager, you will be in charge of the online catalog for a dedicated portfolio of brands.
Your mission:
to manage and optimize the product catalog on Sephoras e:
commerce sites in the region.

Catalog Management and Brand Collaboration
:
Key Contact:
Be the primary contact for your brand portfolio, managing their online catalog.
:
Content Collection:
Collaborate with brands to gather new product content and ensure timely online launches.
:
Optimization:
Advise and work with brands to enrich product pages with high:
value content (images, videos, exclusive content following Sephora e:
commerce guidelines).
:
Quality Assurance:
Ensure product descriptions are translated and legally validated; maintain high standards for product pages across desktop, mobile, and app.
:
Reporting:
Provide daily updates on launch planning, including products to be launched, delays, and alerts.
:
Database Management:
Regularly optimize filters and categorization and keep the database clean.
:
Brand Spaces:
Collaborate with brands to create, update, and optimize brand spaces according to new releases and seasonal changes.
:
Guideline Updates:
Challenge and continuously update the guidelines for our product pages.
Digital Projects
:
Transversal Project Participation:
Actively contribute to the implementation and development of internal projects including collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
:
Tool Optimization:
Participate in the continuous improvement of our internal tools.
:
PDP Optimization Project Coordination:
Monitor and coordinate product page optimization projects internally and with brands, including post:
project assessments.

Sales Support projects coordination:
Implement online sales support tools in coordination with brands and internal teams.
Country CatalogSpecialist Lead
:
Key Assortment follow up:
Lead a dedicated country in managing its assortment during key periods of the year.
:
Local Support:
Ensure the local captain has the necessary support to fulfill their central catalog missions.
In this role, you will engage with various internal departments (Category Management, Photo Studio, Online Marketing, Supply Chain, IT) and brand representatives.
