The DatacenterOperationsSpecialist (DCO) will work within SAP's Cloud Data Center Operations Team.
The DatacenterOperationsSpecialist is part of a regional team (Data Center Management :
DCM) and is overall responsible for a Data Center Location.

Interface and coordination to all external Service Providers/Vendors for Data Center Operations

Responsibility for IMAC:
D services and processes

Goods Receipt handling

Data Center Capacity Management

Support of hardware maintenance activities

Data Center Inventory Management / Asset Management

Data Center access management / Access control
:
Data quality and reporting

Ticket handling in our Tool ServiceNow

Support global teams on datacenter architecture and process:
related topics, while independently driving selected initiatives

Lead and execute datacenter:
related projects for global implementation

Ensure the highest Datacenter standards of quality and operational excellence aligned with SAP guidelines

Participate in data center build:
up activities including hardware commissioning, rack installation, and infrastructure validation

Coordinate with facilities and construction teams during the build:
up phase to ensure operational readiness

Collaborate closely with regional DCM colleagues to share best practices and ensure consistent service delivery across locations
What you bring:

Minimum of 4 years experience in Data Center Operations
:
Technical knowledge in Compute, Network, Storage hardware
:
Experience in handling ticketing systems
:
Advanced knowledge of Data Center Equipment
:
Advanced knowledge in hardware maintenance
:
Good knowledge in Co Location Management
:
Familiar with coordination of IMAC:
D processes
:
Basic understanding of power and cooling infrastructure

Ability to organize work and complete tasks independently

Organizational and analytical skills

Excellent written communication skills

Ability to communicate and work in a multi:
