Meogroup is looking for a external consultant for a mission of one Year!

100% remote available but this job is only for EU Citizen due security clearance mandatory!

What you will do:

• Own the commercial workstream


• Drive RFP close?out


• Lead negotiations with US?based providers (SaaS)


• Structure and negotiate contracts for managed/outsourced services:
  
  
  MSA, SoW(s), SLAs/OLAs,


• Embed regulatory requirements into the contract set:
  
  
  CMMC (incl.
  
  
  assessment obligations and PoA&M handling), CUI handling requirements, ITAR/EAR export control flows, incident reporting, data residency, and right?to?audit.


• Microsoft cloud perimeter

Key Qualifications:

• 8–12+ years IT sourcing/procurement


• IT managed services / outsourcing expert


• US-based vendor negotiation, regulated environments


• CMMC, CUI, ITAR/EAR contract compliance


• Microsoft GCC High & Azure Gov US licensing


• SOW definition, contract & SLA governance


• KPIs, service credits, audit rights, reporting


• IT/security stakeholder management


• High-pressure/tough negotiation leadership


• Executive deliverables:
  
  
  playbooks, term sheets, redlines


• Fluent English, French a plus
