My client, a global organisation currently seek several Sales Specialist to support commercial growth across France.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing business in the scientific sector and building long-term customer partnerships in hospital and private laboratory environments.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and win new business opportunities by executing a territory plan agreed with your manager.

  • Present, demonstrate, and negotiate solutions tailored to customer needs.

  • Strengthen loyalty within the current customer base and help drive overall customer satisfaction.

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of your region, its key players, and its competitive landscape.

  • Manage sophisticated sales processes that may involve several product lines.

  • Suggest fresh commercial ideas and participate in innovative initiatives to enhance performance.

  • Promote best-practice use of the company’s technologies.

  • Deliver on commercial strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets in your area.

  • Keep CRM records accurate and current, including opportunities, contacts, quotes, and agreements.

  • Support strategic account activities by following dedicated plans for major customers.

  • Represent the company at regional and national events, such as trade fairs and client conferences.



Your Profile




  • Proven track record selling laboratory equipment and/or reagents to hospitals and private labs.

  • Good understanding of the healthcare and laboratory ecosystem; knowledge of microbiology or molecular biology is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with the customer landscape in the region is appreciated.

  • Skilled in negotiation, communication, and managing consultative sales cycles.

  • Strategic thinker, comfortable navigating influence networks and complex decision processes.
