Contribute to define the User Experience Strategy of a product or service by understanding business context, product strategy, customer values and brand vision Influence, via UX, the scope and direction or a product or service to generate value and impact on the market Foster innovation by initiating brainstorming sessions, putting in place processes and methodologies around innovation, and by working with transversal innovation teams UX Design :
Responsible for organizing and facilitating design sessions and focus groups with internal and external stakeholders such as product managers, customers, subject matter experts, front-end developers and end users Have a good level of exposure and visibility by speaking at internal and external specialized conferences and events Educate about User Experience inside and outside the company Develop UX processes, methods, tools and frameworks Recommends processes, product and/or service improvements based on understanding and anticipation of internal and external business challenges Autonomously solves unique and complex problems that have broad impact in the business About our ideal candidate:
8 years' experience as UX designer in a B2B or B2B2C environment Experience in the early stages of product life cycle (PLC) Problem solving, creativity, and communication skills Fluent in the use of Figma or similar applications Enjoy working in an international, fast-paced team environment Fluent in English Klanik Nice Expérience souhaitée
