By joining us as Head of Sales GMS Bretagne-Normandie, you join the largest brewery in the world with more than 500 beers in the portfolio such as Leffe, Corona, Bud or Tripel Karmeliet.
Your main missions:
Recruit, train and coach a team of sector managers to ensure excellent field efficiency Adopt and have your team adopt an organization that allows them to optimize the means available (tools, trade marketing resources, etc.) Manage the results of your region thanks to the regular analysis of your team's performance Negotiate and manage agreements with regional customers (assortment, promotional plan, e-commerce) Ensure that the agreements are in place in all stores in your region Work closely with the head office teams (Key Account, Category Management, Trade Marketing, Logistics) in order to achieve the annual objectives of each brand AB InBevEurope France permanent Expérience souhaitée
