Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director/ManagingDirector with exceptional origination capabilities to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, cultivating client relationships and delivering strategic solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities for client engagement and revenue generation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms.
Drive origination efforts by leveraging industry knowledge, market insights, and a strong network of contacts.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives and client solutions.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 9 years of experience in investmentbanking, corporate finance, or related advisory roles.
Proven track record of success in origination, business development, and client relationship management.
French client coverage is essential.
Deep understanding of financial markets, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and French Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and drive results independently.
