Overview Develop complex technical solutions, with excellent technical knowledge, to meet the needs of new products development and modifications on existing products in accordance with the procedures in place and the expectations in safety, quality, deadlines and cost targets.
Responsibilities Develops innovative solutions for new product development and modifications of existing products Coordinate technical aspects of the product design Write technical documents or reports Capitalize on his activity and Know-how Participate to Continuous Improvement Programs Writes and shares with peers the specific know-how acquired.
Participates in lessons learned and CoP sessions.
Regularly communicates the progress, risks and needs of the project to the team and to management team, local and international Identifies situations to be improved (safety, quality, timeliness and costs) Leads Problem solving groups or continuous Improvements programs Implements action plans and assess efficiency of actions Qualifications 3 years in engineering (materials/mechanics) Proven experience in advanced product design ideally acquired in plastic area Master's Engineering degree or other specialized Master's (mechanics/materials) Fluent English MSA - The SafetyCompany France Expérience souhaitée
