1) Operations missions (75)
:
Report, consolidate and share best practices;

Update an Operations Book for European Countries ;

Produce and comment monthly reports to monitor the depreciation ;

Follow up on Digital In Store KPIs ;

Work on new operational solution (process digitalization, workforce management).
2) HR missions (25)

Report, consolidate and share best practices ;

Deliver regular market studies/benchmarks on HR new tools or new ways of collaboration ;

Work on specific operational project in each country (New app implementation, specific project ..

3) Support on daily Tasks

1) Missions Operations (75)
:
Participer à l'élaboration des rapports, consolider et partager les meilleures pratiques;
:
Mettre à jour un livre dopérations pour les pays européens;
:
Produire et commenter des rapports mensuels pour suivre la dépréciation;
:
Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance numériques en magasin;
:
Travailler sur de nouvelles solutions opérationnelles (numérisation des processus, gestion des effectifs).
