Create and develop Sephora University's SocialLearning strategy for 2024 and onwards.

Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily on Instagram (ex:
text, photos, reels, videos and news)

Work on creating weekly and monthly reports to be sent to internal and external stakeholders.

Generate weekly and monthly KPIs to be shared with the brands and related stakeholders

Communicate with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner

Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media

Collaborate with the brands and with Sephora university retqil experts in order to develop the best educational content that is adapted to our needs
:
Create a monthly business oriented sociallearning calendar including brands, client experience axis, country best practices, expert communities and artistry.

Work hand in hand with the Social Media EME team in order to be coherent with Sephora's overall social strategy.

Establish a Tiktok Learning strategy and launch and develop the account in accordance with the strategy.

Manage the EME Expert communities in digital and sociallearning scope:

Continue to develop the current communities through a regular/continuous digital/social agenda (challenges, content development, pop up sessions, etc)

Maintain to run the new coming development rounds for the upcoming communities meeting with the trends and learning expectations

Launch the new EME Digital Squad Program and support the program with the expected guidelines collaboratively with EME Social Media Team.
