Sell:

building with region and weekly sales performance monitoring by markets, channels and categories.

Build the annual investment budget according to the defined business priorities.

Ensure monthly marketing expenses budget follow:
up and invoicing process.

Lead the co:
construction of the 360 regional activation plan while ensuring the proper implementation of global guidelines.

Analyze and challenge forecast.

Ensure elevated brand image and visibility in:
store and online
:
Visual merchandising plans follow:
up by seasons and manage the implementation of new fixtures.

Interface with various Sephora Collection departments (Ecom, Education, Product Marketing, Supply Chain etc)
:
Provide operational support to the markets (sampling, gratis plan, comps, adhoc requests).

At least 7 years of experience as key account, businessmanager, operational marketing or category management
:
Master's degree level:
business school or equivalent
:
Knowledge of the Asian markets
:
International profile (Bilingual English, notion of Mandarin would be a plus)

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
:
Organizational leadership and rigor, proactivity, action:
oriented and able to manage several subjects at once, analytical and comfortable with numbers, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
