You will be responsible for administration and documentation tasks in the areas of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, M365 & Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange Hybrid, VMWare virtualization platform, Check Point firewall infrastructure and Citrix XEN App / XEN Desktop environment You are responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the hardware base (server, storage, thin & fat clients) You monitor and customize security systems You provide 1st and 2nd level user support, supported by our IT helpdesk ticket system You process and maintain tickets What should you bring with you? You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship (IT specialist) and/or a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification As a senior you have at least 8 years of professional experience in the areas mentioned You show a high willingness to learn, a sense of responsibility and ambitious quality standards for your own work You work independently and in a business-oriented manner, are flexible and demonstrate a high level of team spirit You are a friendly and open-minded person with good to very good communication skills in German and English (written and spoken) and have the ability to quickly understand complex relationships You are highly process-, solution - and goal-oriented, work precisely and analytically independently, are willing to travel and flexible and ideally have already gained experience in the hotel industry Does our job offer IT SystemAdministrator (m/f/d) sound promising?
