$44,460.97 to $49,448.06 annually Responsibilities Working in a team environment, reporting to the Academic Chair, School of Technology and Environment, you will:
Provide a full range of administrative support services to the Academic Chair, with an emphasis on providing superior customer service to all clients, students, staff and the public.Provide basic administrative support such as booking meetings and assisting students with questions.Assist the Academic Chair with scheduling, calendar management, supporting faculty, maintaining an online filing system, maintaining program files, as well as general office support as required.
Qualifications Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business or Administrative Professional/Office Administration.
High school completion with significant years of administrative experience (10+) will also be considered.You have a minimum of three years (full-time equivalent) of recent and related occupational experience in a fast-paced office environment.Occupational experience that includes issuing/tracking purchase orders and tracking budgets using Excel would be considered an asset.You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite including MS Teams and SharePoint.You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology, and you are committed to using technology in advancing your work.Experience supporting/providing service to students and prospective students would be considered an asset.Experience supporting/coordinating the work functions of a large and complex department would be considered an asset.Relevant Skills and Knowledge:
