JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for an AccountingTechnician,FixedAssets to work with different colleagues from multiple departments and other divisions and be part of a young, dynamic and dedicated team.
You'll have the opportunity to develop and use your knowledge of general accounting in the context of a multinational company.YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPOTUNITY TO:
Be responsible for reviewing fixed asset acquisition invoices to ensure their appropriate classification (capitalizable nature or expense)Be responsible for reviewing and executing asset disposition requests in SAPParticipate in the month-end process by performing various transactions in the fixedassets module, accounting entries and certain SOX controlsUnderstand and apply accounting and corporate rules regarding the management of fixedassetsSupport the preparation of various management reports (support for Finance / managers / tax teams)Support users of the capitalizable expenses planning toolMaintain dedicated inbox for the fixedassets teamParticipate in continuous improvement projectsProvide support to financial analystsResponsible for reviewing and opening CAAR requests (Capital Asset Acquisition Request) YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
