Our client is seeking CompensationAnalyst to join their team for a 1-year contract.
As a CompensationAnalyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate the workforce.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conduct Compensation Analysis, Job Evaluation and Classification, Salary Surveys and Benchmarking, Compensation Program Design, Policy Development and Compliance, and Collaboration and Communication.
This is a hybrid work arrangement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree or relevant certification Proven experience as a CompensationAnalyst, preferably in the education sector.
Strong understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in HRIS and advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
