Our client in the Real Estate & Property industry, RobertHalf is seeking a skilled Controller with various business engagement capabilities, who's eager to make a direct impact.
The Controller position is a long-term contract / temporary engagement located in Downtown, Vancouver, BritishColumbia.
Key responsibilities Oversee the accounting department, daily tasks and provide guidance Review working papers, bank reconciliations and daily accounting tasks Work with the Development accounting team on forecasting and budgeting Work with business partners to obtain relevant data and information for financial statement reporting and analyses 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a leadership role CPA designation or equivalent (open to overseas certifications) Large company experience with the ability to understand different organizational structures (i.e.
