Seeking a versatile and organized Administrative Assistant with a strong emphasis on Accounts Receivable functions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks while playing a key role in managing and streamlining our accounts receivable processes.

This position is perfect for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are looking to develop their financial administrative skills.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular administrative tasks including file management, correspondence, and maintaining office organization.Play a pivotal role in the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation.Ensure accurate and timely posting of customer payments, coordinating closely with the finance team.Follow up on outstanding payments and handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments.Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining detailed records for all AR activities.Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed, such as meeting coordination, document preparation, and data entry.Contribute to process improvements within the accounts receivable and administrative functions.
