Fuel Inbound Marketing:
Own the paid acquisition MQL number communicating performance to Marketing, Sales and Finance stakeholders.Improve Prospect Experience:
Own and scale our air cover and brand programs to help generate more awareness in-market for Fiix Software.Conversion rate optimization:
Improve web traffic conversion rate over time through ideating, designing and launching A/B tests with clear hypotheses that are backed by data.Analytics and Reporting:
Report out on owned KPIs and pacing to business targets.
Collaborate with Analytics to create dashboards that help you accelerate your programs.
Partner with Marketing Ops on measurement and attribution.Web personalization:
Create personalized web experiences for key industries and target accounts to improve engagement and conversion.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree.Ability to travel 25-30% of time as per business needs.Legal authorization to work in the US or Canada is required.

5+ years of work experience in B2B paid acquisition marketing at Agency or SaaS companies.Create paid acquisition campaigns from scratch with experience building out creative briefs to support web, copy, and design teams to help you build your vision.Experience managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets including the budget reconciliation and pacing of said budgets.Deep knowledge and experience in scaling and optimizing digital performance channels - Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Paid Referral Programs, Lead Buys, ABM platforms, and more.Conversion rate optimization experience is ideal, with this individual understanding how to run multi-variate and A/B testing experiments on their vital paid landing pages.Manage vendor relationships to ensure the program is up to date on industry best practices, including participating in alphas, betas on various platforms when appropriate.Experience working closely with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations to dive and diagnose funnel issues.Reporting chops with Excel (can perform complex functions) skills that allow you to analyze data sets and understand whether your campaigns are working effectively or not.Understanding of tracking and reporting, including Google Tag Manager and UTM tracking, to ensure pixels and conversion events are firing, with appropriate attribution at the tactical level.Previous management experience with respect to people management and mentorship.Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics for channels and campaigns.#LI-JL2 #RemoteThis position is part of a job family.
