55 000-60 000/ year Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the design, merchandising, and sales teams to create detailed technical packs (tech packs) for each product, outlining specifications, measurements, materials, and construction details.Keep track of product deliveries for both Salesman Samples (SMS) and bulk orders by maintaining open communication with the traffic department.Stay in touch with clients after sample submissions, requesting their written approvals to move forward with bulk production.Document all received samples and Pre-Production Samples (PPS), attaching client feedback to each garment, and securely store them in a designated PL area.Maintain meticulous production records and documentation, including updates to tech packs, production reports, and quality control records.Foster daily communication with our vendors, ensuring we respond promptly to their inquiries and needs.Make certain that the required testing and factory certificates, as specified by our clients, are accurately implemented.Address any production challenges or quality issues that may crop up during the manufacturing process.Develop and keep PL technical packages (Tech Packs) up to date, which include precise size specifications.Create and regularly update summaries of Work-in-Progress (WIP) for all PL styles in development or production at our factories.Offer guidance to our vendors to ensure they adhere to our standards for fit, wash, fabric, and trim, and make sure that approvals for Pre-Production Samples (PPS) are well-documented via email.Stay on top of follow-ups with our production team to ensure purchase orders are sent to factories without delays.Arrange customer price tickets in a timely manner to keep our processes running smoothly.Efficiently process PL orders received through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and forward them to our Customer Service team for data entry.Foster collaboration and open communication with cross-functional teams, including design, sourcing, merchandising, and logistics, to ensure that production operations run seamlessly.
