VehicleMaintenanceTechnicalSupport Specialist We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional VehicleMaintenance Technician to become a member of our team.
Hybrid work environment!! What you will do:
Taking maintenance supplier calls from coast-to-coast as part of a team to review maintenance requests in relation to vehicle safety, driver downtime, customer maintenance parameters, and manufacturer’s maintenance recommendations.
Reviewing data for the potential for warranty claims or requests for special consideration or goodwill adjustments from manufacturers or suppliers.
Verbal or written communications with clients, vendors or manufacturers to expedite repairs, claims, or resolution of a customer problem.
Driver liaison as necessary to assist with vehicle operation related requests and appointment booking direction and assistance.
Assistance to sales and service departments with special customer requests as directed by management.
Assistance with research and consultation on maintenance costs for client annual reviews.
Other departmental duties as directed by management.
What we require:
Experience as a Licensed Mechanical Technician or an Automotive Service Advisor is required Professional phone manner and ability to remain calm in difficult situations Strong team player and ability to be flexible High aptitude and interest in learning about our industry and our values Passion to stay busy and eager to do whatever it takes to get the job done Bilingual in French is an asset but not required Positive energy and enthusiasm every day What we provide:
