In this role, you’ll be helping to drive a transformation in the service experience industry, enabling businesses to truly put the customer at the core of their decision making, with an industry-?rst approach.
We’re looking for a “fullstack” AccountExecutive who is passionate about helping customers unlock measurable value.
In this role, you’ll rapidly immerse yourself to understand the market, customers and our capabilities to drive new customer acquisition in a dynamic environment.
You’re the ?rst to roll up your sleeves and consistently maintain an outbound habit to identify new opportunities and exceed your targets.
You’re always testing, learning and adjusting your approach to validate what’s working and what’s not.
You’re also comfortable establishing and driving the tools you need to get there.
You’re experienced in sales methodologies and have a proven track record of closing mid market and enterprise deals.
Responsibilities ? Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close ? Identify and engage prospects with your own outreach ? Build, own and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to exceed quota ? Update deal activity and maintain activity level, deal and pipeline reporting ? Maintain and run ? Clearly represent our value proposition and create excitement with prospects ? Deliver customer and market feedback/intelligence to cross functional teams ? Create long lasting relationships with customers and deliver amazing service Requirements ? 2+ years of relevant experience (building your own pipeline + closing enterprise deals) ? Demonstrated history of exceeding quota targets or top rank team performer ? Self starter that thrives in a high-paced, dynamic environment ? Team player who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to win ? Naturally curious, perpetual learner who is driven to ?nd new opportunities ? Experience interfacing with mid-market and enterprise buyers in a sales cycle ? Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills IrisCX
