You develop and maintain a database used to draft documents.General Information on the PositionMain responsibilitiesAnalyze applications received, interpret the clauses in contracts or brochures.

Using a database, choose, put together and, if needed, adapt the clauses required to create insurance contracts and brochures in collaboration with internal partnersDevelop and maintain databases used to draft documents in collaboration with relevant sectorsFollow and apply the defined standards in the documents to be produced and check interpretations with the organization's legal team, where applicableAnswer questions from the people involved and discuss special files with clients, consulting firms and internal representatives from other sectors, among othersPlan the work schedule, taking into account clients' deadlines and specific requests, to meet the productivity objective set at the beginning of the yearCollect, compile and analyze data.
