What Youll Do:
Partner with Global HR Team to develop and execute cutting edge HR strategies that align with our goalsSupport implementing new processes and procedures that will help us scale as an organizationIgnite the potential within our employees through effective performance management programs that drive growth and developmentBe the go-to HR expert for your client group, providing guidance and support to managers on all HR-related mattersBuild bridges as you handle employee relations with finesse, resolving conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and overseeing grievance proceduresBe the architect of an inclusive and positive work atmosphere that boosts employee engagement and satisfaction levelsCollaborate across talent pillars to support the employee experience while working to grow and simplify global programmingStay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
Must Haves:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a HRBP or HR Generalist of cross functional resources in a large and/or matrixed organization.Deep practice in communication with HR Teams, and employees through all levels of an organizationDemonstrated ability to establish trust and inspire confidence across various levels of an organizationProven track record of driving pragmatic decision-making in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-based environmentStrong leadership skills, including the ability to lead, delegate, motivate, mentor, and build high-performing teamsExceptional ability to handle conflict, challenging situations, and work effectively with diverse working stylesStrategic and tactical expertise in organizing and structuring operational activitiesProficient in mediation, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations Nice to Haves:
