WHAT YOU’LL DO:
HR plays an important role in the development of its people, programs and services that support the organization in achieving its goals.
As an HR Advisor you will:
•Develop and cultivate strong relationships with managers, learning their pain points and workforce requirements in order to provide sound advice and guidance in one or more of the following areas of humanresources:
Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, Workforce Analytics, and/or any other HR discipline.•Manage HR projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders from development to implementation•Stay on top of organizational priorities, industry changes and adjusting plans and project deliveries in response to changing requirements and develop modern and innovative strategies to help address organizational change.•Keep abreast of HR best practices, incorporating these into your HR strategies, advice, and guidance.
Essential Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor degree from a recognized university with specialization in humanresources, management, public or business administration or an acceptable combination of relevant education and experienceLanguage Requirements:
Various Bilingual imperative with proficiency at BBB and CBC level.

•Providing advice and guidance on HR services to clients•Experience conducting research from various sources, performing analysis and developing options or recommendations to management•Managing full cycle of HR projects and initiatives from initial assessment of requirements, research, consultation with key stakeholders, development, and implementation•Managing and cultivating relationships with clients, employees, and other stakeholders•Writing presentations, project plans, briefing notes and/or articlesKnowledge of:
