The HumanResourcesBusinessPartnerwill be based out of Dieppe, New Brunswick (100 Midland Drive, E1A 7G9) andacts as a strategic partner ensuring alignment between business operations and HR practices that support the achievement of business objectives and enable a positive employee experience. The primary language of work is English.

Qualifications Post-secondary degree/diploma with a HumanResources focus, or related discipline2-5 years’ relevant work experienceProven ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities to deliver exceptional service to employees and the business.Effective working independently as well as in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high quality work and follow through on commitments.Customer service focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, at all levels of the organization.Professional demeanor and an understanding that confidentiality is a must.Demonstrated computer skills and proficient knowledge of MS Office.Strong problem solver with a can-do attitude.Experience with an ATS, a HRIS, and other HR platforms (Taleo, HCM, Perceptyx) an asset.Experience in CPG and/or a manufacturing environment is an asset.CPHR or equivalent is an asset.
Responsibilities:
Provide humanresources advice, counsel, and recommended solutions to managers and employees.Execute HR programs and policies in support of the people strategy regarding performance management, training and development, compensation, employee relations, recognition, and engagement.Partner with Leaders and Recruitment Team to align and execute on the workforce plan, ensuring a pipeline of talent for the organization.Primary liaison with our Payroll and Benefits, and HumanResources Shared Services teams.Facilitate career development action planning and succession planning in partnership with leaders to identify high talent and build internal bench strength.Assist with the roll out of HR strategies and initiatives including creation of project plan and delivery of communications, presentations, and correspondence.Participate in and/or leads specific projects or initiatives in support of the people strategy.Support the implementation of HumanResources projects and initiatives and ensure alignment throughout your businesspartner groups.HR reporting and analytics What We OfferIrving Consumer Products is proud to offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including but not limited to:
