The Loss Prevention InternalInvestigator is responsible for investigating all sources of internal losses.
They will investigate sources of shrinkage in the Fulfillment Center, retail store and HQ Studio.
This role will be responsible for proactively investigating reselling platforms and social media to identify potential internal issues related to internal and external losses.
RESPONSIBILITIES INTERNAL INVESTIGATIONS (90%) Investigate all information received by the Fulfillment Center, Retail store and HQ Studio.
Confirm occurrence for reviews with Manager and HR Provide weekly findings from reselling platforms and social media to identify potential risks related to internal or external losses Find evidence and facts using CCTV systems Prepare investigation report for courts, legal and HR Prepare reports on policy breaches to Department Managers and HR Provide weekly updates on investigations & progress DEPARTMENT SUPPORT (10%) Assist the Specialist of Physical Security on confidential projects and investigations Assist the Director of Asset Protection to implement department vision and goals Assist with cycle counts to validate inventory accuracy and net shrink Participate in special Loss Prevention projects, as needed Works closely with FC cross-functionals partners at the Fulfillment Center, retail store and HQ Studio Qualifications A minimum of 2-3 years of retail related experience in a fast-paced retail and/or warehousing environment 1+ years working exclusively on internal investigations, interviewing and interrogations Bureau de la Sécurité Privée (BSP) License is required Good written and verbal communication skills in both French and English Strong computer skills and working knowledge of the Google Suite.
