take conceptual ideas and turn them into product experiences that are meaningful to our customers.
Partner with product managers to determine what customer problems we are solving, and how we solve and prevent them.Prototyping:
communicate product ideas by crafting end-to-end flow prototypes, that can be used to build consensus and alignment with stakeholders.Product direction:
collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to contribute to communicating strategic product decisions and help shape the product vision.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster strong relationships and collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders – including software engineers, product managers, operations, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
Work closely with these teams to ensure successful product launches, resolve issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Competitive Analysis:
Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify market trends, evaluate competitor offerings, and develop strategies to differentiate our services.
Stay abreast of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.?Perform other duties, as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITIONYour qualifications and experience should include:
6+ years as productdesigner, interaction designer, or user experience designer, in consumer and/or enterprise telecom, media and technology industry.
Experience in design-thinking, prototyping, design systems, web & mobile apps, withtrack record of taking innovative designs to launch.Track record of launching new products and services - - from productdesign to serving customers - - within a large company environment but working at a start-up pace.?Demonstrated ability to lead in a cross-functional environment across multiple time-zones.
A systems thinker, capable of identifying issues, understanding linkages and brainstorming revolutionary solutions.
A strong communicator, able to articulate your point-of-view, engage in fact - based discourse, collaborate, compromise, and bridge gaps.

This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
