Hybrid – 3 days in the office, some international travel requiredAre you an experienced ElectricalEngineer with a background in both electricalmanufacturing and automotive industries? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in Ridgetown, ON, and contribute to our innovative projects.Responsibilities:
Manage project timelines in collaboration with the Program Manager (Design to PV).Prepare estimates and proposals for projects.Develop engineering documentation, including DFMEAs, WCCA’s, Safety Documents, and P-diagrams.Apply technical standards and procedures to execute tasks efficiently.Ensure all techniques, procedures, and designs comply with relevant standards.Understand electronic circuits and apply knowledge to project requirements.Create specifications and tests for new projects/issues.Conduct customer reviews and liaise with suppliers.Generate 8D reports for design-related failures/issues.Define programming parameters for new sensors.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system errors.Provide input on equipment design and development as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in electricalmanufacturing.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel internationally as needed.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
