In this role, you own the marketing strategy, planning and execution and ensure our story is compelling and consistent through a multi-channel approach, using analytics and insights to increase the impact of our content.Your team, consisting of seasoned storytellers, and specialists, looks to you for leadership and mentorship in ensuring our storytelling is resonating and we are getting the most mileage out of our content creation.You are a strategic resource, advising on marketing and content strategies to meet the marketing objectives of various initiatives.You work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to evolve the content strategy and are always looking for new ways to reach our target audiences.Do you have what it takes?Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to raise awareness and support for STARS’ mission and programs.Lead and manage a team, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, newsletters, and the website, to communicate the impact and success stories of STARS.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication materials.Support events, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives to maximize outreach and donor engagement.Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring resources are optimized for maximum impact.Oversee relationships with agencies, media outlets, influencers, and partners to enhance STARS visibility.Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results and return on investment.Lead the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring they align with the STARS’ values and goals.Contribute to the development and execution of STARS overall strategic plan.Education and Experience7-10 years of marketing, communication and/or content management experience.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.Demonstrated experience managing an organization’s story and implementing a content strategy.Strong understanding of brand, marketing, and communications best practices.Expert writer and editor for multiple mediums.Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365.At least three years’ experience leading people .Agency experience is an asset.What we offer!We offer a competitive salary based on education and experience, as well as excellent organization-paid health and dental benefits, free parking and so much more.
