* * Act as first point of contact for all after-hours client and field staff inquiries * Respond to major incidents on properties and aid security staff with managing the situation (fire, flood, medical issue and criminal activity) * Perform parking tagging procedures, as assigned * Enforce the Trespass to Property Act, when necessary * Ensure the vehicle is in working order by completing an inspection checklist at the beginning and end of each shift, and reporting issues to management * Safely operate and maintain company-issued vehicle * Patrol assigned area on foot to ensure customers, employees, building, and equipment are secure. * Reinforce company policies regarding COVID-19 protocols. * Write daily reports and maintains a record of incidents and other activities in logbooks as required*Job Qualifications:
* * Valid Ontario SecurityGuard License in good standing * Valid First Aid and Level C CPR certification * Excellent customer service skills * Must be able to walk, run, stand for extended periods of time, in addition to climbing stairs * Proven security experience of two (2) or more years * Must possess a valid G license or equivalent. * Must be 25 years or older (for automobile insurance purposes) * Must provide Driver’s Abstract, without demerit points, dated within 30 days of hiring. * Must possess own automobile insurance. * Must be able to meet and maintain any applicable provincial licensing requirements for mobilesecurityguards. * Other industry recognized certifications or experience is an asset*About Us:
