Education, Training And ExperienceTo join our team, you will have:

Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation plus one year of recent related experience.

Eligible for membership with the British Columbia Therapeutic Recreation Association.

Valid Class 4 vehicle licence.Skills And AbilitiesAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Demonstrated planning and instructional skills.Ability to organize individual patient/resident treatment programs.Ability to work cooperatively with other professional disciplines as part of a team.Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.Demonstrated ability to safely drive a passenger van and a wheelchair access transport van.
