Das erwartet SieReporting to the Senior ReliabilitySpecialist, the CoreSystemsReliability Specialist guides efforts to ensure the reliability and maintainability of electrical, instrumentation, and automation equipment, networks, and safety systems.
Will define, design, develop and refine the Asset Maintenance Plan including value-added preventive maintenance tasks, spare parts strategies, preservation strategies, and effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems.
Will own and maintain the Plant FRACAS process for plant coresystems.
Analyze and trend data to raise alerts on parts and equipment health for timely action by maintenance.
Design and report on key performance indicators for critical assets.
Will conduct FMEAs on new equipment based on criticality and constantly review existing FMEAS for any change in FMEA key assumptions.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monitor and audit reliability initiatives and report out on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for high criticality and Bad Actor assets.
Report on major risks to critical assets and facilitate the process of mitigating those risks in collaboration with Supervisors, Planners, Plant Engineers, and SafetyOwn the Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) facilitation function and be responsible for ensuring the information is correct, documented and stored in a structured way and is accessible on demandConduct Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to mitigate the risk of repetitive failuresCreate, implement, and continuously improve Maintenance and Spare Part strategies for core system assets (Instrumentation, Electrical, and Automation), inclusive of:
Establishment of Functional Location (FLOC) structure in SAPEquipment criticality analysesFacilitation and documentation of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysisEstablishment and upkeep of Bill of Material (BOM) StructureRequest of any Material-Numbers required associated with the Maintenance strategy, including definition of min/max stock and confirmation with Materials Management (MM) that everything is set-up properlyDevelopment of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategies, including all PM specific work instructions, templates, and checklistsOwn the process of populating failure data in SAP, including corrections on failure codes, breakdown times and malfunction start and end timesSupport (as required) maintenance and reliability program initiativesDas bringen Sie mitOur company values and recognizes the diversity of the workforce and encourages individuals with the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
Instrumentation or Electrical Technologist from reputable educational institution with 5 years industrial experience, or Journeyperson with 10 years experience in a related fieldA.Sc.T., BSc., B.Eng.
Instrumentation or Electrical considered an assetReliability Centre Maintenance (RCM) certified considered an assetMMP and/or CMRP designations considered an assetDemonstrated mentoring and leadership skillsEffective meeting facilitation skillsFluent written and verbal skills in EnglishAbility to read and comprehend technical instructions and documents as well as ability to write technical reports and proceduresBuild and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDevelop and continually refine best-practice programs and policies related to the specific subject matterStrong understanding of the regulatory environment as applicable to subject matterSuccessful candidates may be entitled to relocation assistance.
