In addition, you will support the team in responding to calls via proposal writing and developing unsolicited proposals to funders.

Generate a preliminary review to understand community philanthropy practices in the country context and identify opportunities.
Review and adjust the sustainability and relationship strategy.Lead, together with the Board of Directors, the definition and implementation of the resourcemobilization strategy.
Accompany communications processes and activities related to resourcemobilization.
Participate in the construction of the organization's policies, processes, tools and procedures related to sustainability and resourcemobilization.
Accompany and support the partner in meetings, events and other opportunities to connect with potential social investment partners.
Essential Requirements:
Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in subjects related to the objectives of the position:
fundraising, community development, social sciences, management, organizational and social development, sustainability and resourcemobilization.Essential Background:
Experience and knowledge in the design and implementation of sustainability strategies.
Experience in resourcemobilization.
Experience and knowledge in philanthropic or social organizations Experience working with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Experience working in local resourcemobilization.
