The independent sales associate's responsibilities include building and sustaining strong working relationships with customers, promptly submitting estimates, and continually meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Independent ConstructionSales Manager Your primary duties will include presenting, meeting with clients, and advertising packages that will improve the impact and visibility of BuildaConstruction.
Responsibilities:
? Market and Promote sales to existing clients ? Identify and solicit potential clients ? Assess clients’ needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services ? Prepare and administer sales contracts ? Traveling to potential and existing customers’ homes or places of business ? Generating leads and scheduling face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers.
? Develop reports and proposals as part of sales presentations to illustrate benefits from use of good or service ? Deliver effective presentations (including proposals) to customers.
? Deliver positive results to actively promote the company.
? Travel to periodic trade shows and sales meetings.
? Coordinate market strategies, sales, and public relations to gain greater exposure through brochures, flyers, websites, and trade shows.
? Communicate politely and clearly with clients over the phone or in person.
? Maintain account files, report documentation and proposals/ bids using our website (www.buildaconstruction.ca) ? Negotiating pricing and other terms of sale with suppliers and vendors.
? Filling out the necessary paperwork and obtaining customers’ signatures to finalize each sale.
? Providing exceptional after-sales service to customers by contacting them to inquire into whether they are satisfied with BuildaConstruction service.
? Monitoring industry competition by researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success.
Skills and Qualification:
? Constructionsalesman must have some experience in the sales and construction industry.
? Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business sales.
? Strong knowledge of general construction estimate procedures.
? Previous management experience and proven sales experience an asset.
? Excellent networking and relationship building skills; ? Strong sales acumen.
Presentable and trustworthy; ? Proficient computer skills; ? Strong sales performance track record; ? Must hold a valid driver’s license; ? Great organization and planning ability; ? Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
Computer literate ? Self-motivated and energetic about sales with a strong desire to succeed.
? Articulate and confident with a strong command of the English language.
? Analytical with apt decision-making and problem-solving skills.
? Able to work independently and as part of a team.
