The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
The role offers flexible working hours including 1 day work from home option.Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the conveyancing process for commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.Conduct title searches, review due diligence materials, and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts of purchase and sale, leases, and closing documents.Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions to facilitate smooth communication and timely closings.Stay current with relevant legislation and industry trends affecting commercial real estate transactions.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior conveyancing staff.
