Job SummaryYou will lead and motivate a team of Healthcare Assistants and Donor Care Supervisor(s) to provide and deliver a high standard of personal care.
You will use your clinical judgement to make decisions about donor suitability to meet our regulatory and governance requirements.Main duties of the jobTaking clinical responsibility for ensuring the safe assessment and blood donation of our donors.Being accountable for the safe running of a blood donation session.Taking responsibility for ensuring an excellent donor experience.
