Overall Purpose of a SiteManager Ensuring client overall satisfaction by addressing their needs quickly and effectively Optimizing site performance and efficiency Organizing & coordinating teams at site level to fulfill jobs/missions, managing the site teams and ensuring good social climate on the site/sites Preparing sites and teams for Technical resource requirements Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies & QMS Reports to Director of Operations/Regional Manager Responsibilities of a SiteManager Client relationship & Business development Being the face of TRIGO on the site(s), guaranteeing client satisfaction and building solid relationships, (incl.
support to claim management) Ensuring clear and transparent communication to the client Developing business with existing clients on farming, and upselling (support provided by Sales for the quotation preparation and/or negotiation) Providing the sales teams with site information on new client opportunities and insight for the quotations Monitoring competition (services, prices, etc.) at the site level Operations Estimating job/mission costs as accurately as possible Making sure that all required information for contracts, traceability and instructions are well documented, on time, with up-to-date information Making sure operational management tools, and monitoring tools are up-to-date, with accurate information Ensuring compliance with established KPI's Ensuring continuous improvement to optimize services provided and site efficiency Demonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies Organization & management Ensuring staff availability and qualifications to perform the jobs/missions Developing & retaining teams Working with recruiting to maintain proper levels of staff, considering turnover and new business Technical Analyzing technical requirements for customers jobs/missions (existing or upcoming) Identify technical resources when needed to anticipate and fully address client needs Supporting development of technical expertise at the site level Other Any other duties as assigned Knowledge, skills, abilities Hard Skills Full proficiency in local language Proficiency in English Computer skills – Microsoft Office (basic Microsoft Excel proficiency) and Outlook Work Instruction Writing Values & attitudes Global team spirit Team player Caring for people Open-minded Excellence Reactive Resilient to pressure Rigorous Customer focus Client oriented Reliable & trustworthy Flexible Initiative Autonomous Innovative Daring Work experience Overall recommendations 4+ years of work experience in automotive and/or manufacturing Operational/Quality background with overview capabilities Management responsibilities (operational and HR) Exposed to client relationships Education background Overall recommendations 4-year degree About TRIGOGlobalQualitySolutions Founded in 1997, TRIGO is a multinational company providing operational Quality Management solutions for the manufacturing sector, especially in the automotive and aerospace industries.
