$,-$,/yr About the Opportunity Overall responsibility for the development and implementation of complex engagements with minimal direction required Develop a strong understanding of clients business to better identify opportunities and areas of risk Leadership and supervision of junior and senior staff Engagement liaison between client, client staff and Firm staff Development of audit/review plans and budgets for the partner's approval Enthusiastic participation on committees or project teams to accomplish Firm goals About You Qualified CPA, CA, with a minimum of two years' experience in public accounting as a senior accountant, responsible for completing complex engagements Experience supervising, supporting and inspiring junior and senior level staff through regular performance coaching and mentorship Fierce dedication to client service excellence Proven experience delivering high-quality client engagements, while balancing productivity requirements Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word and Excel), CaseWare, CaseView and TaxPrep If you meet the above qualifications, and possess the above qualities, please send your resume and cover letter to , quoting job title Tax Manager in the subject line.
