TechnicalSalesRepresentative, BC Prospecting, Sales and Account(s) Administration:
Research potential contacts and initiate business relationships within BritishColumbia including:
Architects, Specification Writers, Building Consultants, Engineers, General Contractors, Roofing Contractors, Waterproofing Contractors.
Conduct prospecting calls and initiate contact with potential clients with the goal of introducing the company’s products and establishing long-terms professional relationships.
Promote and secure specifications for the company’s waterproof expansion joints on upcoming and current construction projects.
Schedule remote and in-person client meetings to present product information and application.
Schedule lunch and learn technical presentations when appropriate.
Inquire about potential upcoming projects and stay up to date on construction industry news.
Stay well-informed, anticipate industry trends and look for opportunities in nearby regions and communicate these to National Accounts.
Work alongside National Accounts to set sales targets, and work to meet and exceed sales goals.
Contact customers to follow up after sales calls, lunch and learns.
Inquire about potential upcoming jobs.
Stay updated on current jobs and upcoming orders.
Represent the company at all professional functions, tradeshows, conventions, conferences, and related association events or when requested by National Accounts.
Technical Assistance Services:
Coordinate necessary job site visits with site technician and be present on site periodically to assist with site measurement, installation and project commissioning.
Assist clients with technical solutions, details, and specifications for the inclusion of company product in collaboration with the technical department.
Coordinate with customers to ensure quotes and technical details are resolved and received in a timely manner.
