Position Summary The Rapid Response Center of Excellence Business Planning Lead is accountable for four critical elements of the Rapid Response Center of Excellence.

Effective Communication including tools used to communicate.

Ensure the RR CoE is communicating effectively and efficiently with the planning community on all initiatives impacting Rapid Response Project/Resource Management:

Own the RR CoE calendar year resource/workplan for all company projects / workstreams impacting Rapid Response.

Tool Effectiveness:

Implement a roust feedback loop to ensure the voice of our customer is heard, and key priorities surface to the top.

Continuous Improvement EffortsKey Responsibilities Represent the RR CoE on company projects impacting Rapid Response as RR CoE lead, partial lead, or until an RR CoE Lead is appointed.

Deliverables for such projects include, ensuring external workstream and scope are fully understood.

Document and communicate key planning system impacts to the appointed project lead and cross functional RR planning Subject Matter Experts (SME).

Ensure a seamless RR engagement within overall project timing.

Align RR CoE / Cross Functional RR Planning SMEs involvement including UAT workplan and training needs.

Lead the initial planning for all RR CoE Initiated projects by ensuring cross functional alignment on scope, deliverables, resources, timeframe, project lead and project stakeholders.

In some projects, this role will be expected to lead the execution of CoE Initiated projects.

This includes building out a detailed workplan that is cross functionally aligned with our stakeholders to ultimately deliver the objective of the project.

Accountable for the overall effectiveness of the Global Supply Planning Issue/Remediation Kanban Board, including a monthly performance report-out on all items.

Includes training and continuous improvement efforts for all items managed via the Issue/Remediation Kanban Board Own, the design, effectiveness and annual refresh of the following training tools.The Rapid Response CoE portal.

An online site that serves as a one stop location for all items Rapid Response.

Rapid Response On-Boarding Training Curricula, ensuring the annual refresh for all content is completed with a continuous improvement mind set, improved accuracy and efficiency.Rapid Response Monthly Playbook, a training document that merges process with system.

This includes the annual refresh with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Work with cross functional partners to continuously improve all aspects of our business.

Create or Lead the Creation of Training Content as needed to support project / workstream initiatives.

Represent the Rapid Response Center of Excellence in multiple cross functional meetingsQualifications & ExperienceUndergraduate degree in supply chain, life science, business administration and/or engineering or equivalent requiredExperience in implementing world class, global supply chain planning processes and tools managementGood understanding of the principles and practices by which the organization's work and missions are planned and performed, fostering improvement of operations performance (operations, governance and financial)Experience in working in a fast paced, reputed, global pharmaceutical/Biotechnology or Consumer company organized in a matrix structureStrong Project Management capability skillsDemonstrated Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement skill set and delivery.

Preferred:

Experience with advanced supply planning systems, preference is Rapid Response or OMP.Good understanding and exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory requirementsThorough understanding of and experience with some aspect of technical operations; interest and demonstrated ability to learn across several disciplines (manufacturing, quality, supply chain, technical development, regulatory, patient experience, finance, operations, etc.) Personal Competencies Desired/Required:
