My duties Lead the execution of the capital projects portfolio through all different phases of Ideation, Design, Execution and Assessment Building effective relationships with all Business Partners Leads project planning, tracking, reporting and communication to Sponsor and Senior Leaders Leads the selection of appropriate project functions and resources, the Project Delivery strategies, processes and tools via a Project Execution Plan based on project complexity ensuring consistency with business strategy, commitments, and goals Leads risk management, evaluates, eliminates, or mitigates risks to FPOs, including resource issues, conflicts, and other obstacles, negotiating with Sponsors and Functional Managers, members for appropriate resources Leads the coordination of all projects related activities managing internal resources, procurement of third-party contractors, suppliers, consultants.
Ensures projects remain on plan to deliver FPOs, including, but not limited to, safety, scope management, contract and construction management, legal and corporate compliance, quality, project controls, commissioning, qualification and validation of FDA/other agencies, technology transfer through operational handover Leads change management process collaborating closely with Sponsor and project team Accountable for Facility Management scope, compliance and safety performance Accountable for business continuity plans and infrastructure management programs Be responsible for and ensure compliance with government regulations My qualifications University degree in the field of Engineering, Construction Management or comparable Long employment history in the field of industrial construction and facility management Several years of experience in a position which includes people management Project management experience Experience in a GMP/FDA regulated industry Deep knowledge in MS Project Fluent oral and written German and English language skills My benefits A very renowned company Dynamic and innovative market environment You will work in an international environment Permanent employment About Hays Our many years of recruitment experience and our expert knowledge of the engineering job market make us a strong partner for engineers and technicians.
