THE ROLE We are looking for a Engineer Supervisor to join our pre-opening team.
YOUR TASKS As EngineeringSupervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties :
Representing the Chief Engineer as well as the Assistant Chief Engineer in their absence Taking responsibility and delegating to colleagues in order to perform the functions of the engineering department Allocation and coordination of the duty technicians in the early and late shift Suporting, training and coaching the team Solve guest requests in all technical matters Ensuring that all facilities within the hotel premises are safe and well maintained.
Inspections of technical systems Detect independatilly defects and solve them in agreement with the technical manager Cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor area of our hotel Close cooperation with all departments for a unique hotel experience Project and task management YOUR PROFILE Completed vocational training, e.g.
as an electrician, painter/varnisher, carpenter or plumber with 3-4 years professional experience - ideally in hospitality Manual skills and very good specialist knowledge, even beyond your profession Confident appearance, secure service orientation and independent way of work Communication skills, open-mindedness and team spirit Reliable, flexible and resilient – your position includes weekend and holiday shifts Very good knowledge of the languages German and English YOUR BENEFITS We offer our colleagues world class benefits, including but not limited to:
