What awaits you You will survey and optimize complex department-internal business processes in coordination and cooperation with the departments of the Department of Labor and Economic Affairs (RAW).
In doing so, you will survey, record, document and model tool-based actual processes.
You will plan and monitor the process analysis, design and develop business processes, analyze (digitization) potential and recommend solutions.
The focus is initially on the project Introduction of the eFile in the Department of Labor and Economic Affairs and then on the further expansion of business process management in the department.

You have a successfully completed university degree in computer science, administrative informatics or business informatics or a successfully completed university studies and Many years (at least three years) of professional experience in the IT field.
