As Labelling & PackagingManager, you will be part of a dynamic, fast growing and strong supply chain organization.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following task area:
Planning of Label Printing, Picking and Inventory-workload plus other supporting activities (e.g.
Scraping, Label related claims, returns) for TR ww.
Planning of label storage capacities and ensuring an efficient use of onsite resources versus suppliers to establish a streamlined E2E label management process Interpreting of the workload and comparing of needed resources for a timely execution vs.
available resources Integrating of the label management across different WMS systems (SAP/eWM/LM7) Contributing the solution-design in order to integrate new requirements Supervising of the individual-targets of subordinates (PDP) & team-targets as well as maintenance of skill-matrix within the area of responsibility Documenting of processes, change requests and the execution of user acceptance tests Introducing and executing the E2E label improvement projects Optimizing the in-house printing capabilities and maintenance of their required service levels in collaboration with the technical teams Creating statistics, reports and presentations and communication of the results to the team and to the senior management In order to be considered for the role you must have:
Successfully completed bachelor's and/or master's degree in Supply Chair or equivalent At least 5 to 10 years of working experience in value chain logistics and/or a similar function Proven track record in cross-functional projects In-depth knowledge of process mapping, value stream mapping, lean & six sigma Experience in direct and indirect leadership, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Very good English and German skills are required Strong interpersonal skills Analytical skills The selected candidate will also be awarded with competitive benefits, services and resources.
